The following are U.S. college players for 2004-05 who were selected to either the USA National Festival or the Canadian U-22 Developmental Camp. The Canadian U-22 team will be selected out of players from the Canada Red and White teams after the
developmental camp. In contrast, the U.S. names its U-22 team prior to the National Festival. Rosters for the U.S. White and U.S. Red teams are filled with the remaining players for the U.S. player pool, which may include younger players and national team veterans.
Next seasons’s U.S. collegians make up 33 of the 54 players selected for the USA National Festival, 27 of the 41 players selected for the Canadian U-22 Developmental Camp, 20 of the 21 players selected for the U.S. Under-22 team, and 17 of 22 players selected for the Canadian U-22 team.
