First-team All-American Eric Selleck has signed with the NHL’s Florida Panthers after two seasons at Oswego.
Selleck, the runner-up for the Sid Watson Award, given to Division III’s top player, led the country in points per game this season.

He scored 21 goals and added 33 assists.
“When you get the opportunity, you have to jump on it when it comes,” Selleck told The Palladium-Times of Oswego, N.Y. “I’m going to go to Florida’s rookie camp [in the fall] and see if I can turn some heads there. If I don’t make Florida’s team, I can play in Rochester [of the AHL].”
