Hockey East suspended Notre Dame forward Peter Schneider for one game on Saturday after the senior was called for a head-contact penalty in Friday’s game against Connecticut.
Schneider has played in all 23 games this season for the Fighting Irish but will miss Sunday’s game at UConn.
He has three goals and seven points this season.
