The WCHA announced Monday that Michigan Tech sophomore defenseman Cliff Watson has been suspended one game for an elbowing penalty from the Huskies’ game Feb. 6 against Bemidji State.
The penalty occurred at the 9:44 mark of the third period last Saturday.
Michigan Tech’s next scheduled game is Friday, Feb. 13, at Alaska-Anchorage. Watson is eligible to return for the game the following night against the Seawolves.
