Atlantic Hockey has suspended Army West Point senior forward Josh Roberts for one game.
The suspension stems from a major penalty for contact to the head and a game misconduct Roberts was assessed in the third period of the Feb. 19 game against Mercyhurst.
Roberts will be unable to play in the Black Knights’ game against Mercyhurst on Feb. 20.
AHC commissioner Bob DeGregorio and supervisor of officials Eugene Binda reviewed the clip of the hit and determined that the action warranted an additional one game as supplemental discipline.
