Boston College junior defenseman Toni Ann Miano will be unavailable to the Eagles women’s team during its 2016-17 second-semester schedule.
According to a brief news release, Miano will miss the second half of the season “because of a violation of team policies” and “she will be eligible to return when the team begins preparations for the 2017-18 season in September.”
This season, Miano was fifth in team scoring with six goals and 17 points in 17 games.
