SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Thomas DiPauli’s second goal of the game broke a third-period tie and sent No. 20 Notre Dame past No. 13 Vermont 3-2 on Friday.
DiPauli and Mario Lucia scored in the first period for the Fighting Irish (5-2, 1-0 Hockey East), while Jarrid Privitera and Kyle Reynolds answered in the second for the Catamounts (4-1, 2-1).
