Erin Brand posted two goals and an assist to lead Plattsburgh to a 4-0 shutout over Norwich in the first women’s Division III semifinal Friday afternoon at Arrington Ice Arena on the campus of Adrian College.
Camille Leonard finished with 20 saves for the shutout, while Laurie King stopped 47 for Norwich.
Kayla Meneghin also scored for the Cardinals and Melissa Sheeran added a goal and an assist.
Megan Crandell added a pair of assists for top-ranked Plattsburgh.
The second semifinal between Adrian and Gustavus Adolphus gets underway at 7 p.m. EDT.
