In a battle of bronze medal winning goaltenders, Maine’s Jeremy Swayman came away the winning.
Both Swayman and Boston University’s Jake Oettinger returned to their respective teams after being part of the Team USA team, which took third place on Friday at the World Juniors in Buffalo.
Swayman stopped all 31 shots he faced for the shutout while teammates Nolan Vesey, Ryan Smith and Brandan Robbins each tallied once.
Oettinger finished the game with 34 saves for the host Terriers.
