It took a while, but Brown finally has its first weekend sweep in ECAC Hockey play. Three different players scored for the Bears, while freshman Luke Kania made 29 saves for his first collegiate shutout in a 3-0 win over Dartmouth Saturday. Brown beat Harvard, 6-4, on Friday. Brown’s two-game winning streak comes after the Bears entered the weekend looking for their first win since Jan. 19. Max Gottlieb had a goal and an assist for Brown, while Zach Giuttari assisted on all three goals. Adrian Clark had 24 saves for the Big Green. Fifth-seeded Dartmouth will host No. 12 St. Lawrence next weekend in the opening round of the league playoffs, while No. 10 Brown will travel to No.7 Princeton Both series are best-of-three.
