Hockey East teams signed a total of 27 recruits to national letters of intent during the annual early signing period that ran from Nov. 14 to Nov. 21. UMass-Amherst and UMass-Lowell both signed six players; no other programs inked more than three. <\/p>\n
Players’ next opportunity to sign letters of intent begins on April 10, 2002. <\/p>\n
