{"id":32151,"date":"2010-10-21T07:14:05","date_gmt":"2010-10-21T12:14:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.uscho.com\/?p=32151"},"modified":"2010-10-21T07:24:35","modified_gmt":"2010-10-21T12:24:35","slug":"hockey-humanitarian-award-accepting-nominees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uscho.com\/2010\/10\/21\/hockey-humanitarian-award-accepting-nominees\/","title":{"rendered":"Nominees now being accepted for Hockey Humanitarian Award"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The annual BNY Mellon Wealth Management Hockey Humanitarian Award, given to student-athletes who excel in the classroom and in the community, is now accepting nominations for the 2011 award.<\/p>\n<p>Both males and females can be nominated.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations will be due by Thursday, December 23, 2010, and can be submitted through the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hockeyhumanitarian.org\" target=\"_blank\">HHA website<\/a>. The HHA committee will then review each candidate&#8217;s credentials and narrow the submissions to a group of finalists by February 2011.<\/p>\n<p>The recipient of the award will be presented on April 8, 2011, during the Friday night festivites at the Frozen Four in St. Paul, Minn.<\/p>\n<p>Last year&#8217;s winner was Ethan Cox from Colgate University.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The annual BNY Mellon Wealth Management Hockey Humanitarian Award, given to student-athletes who excel in the classroom and in the community, is now accepting nominations for the 2011 award.
