{"id":33309,"date":"2010-11-24T07:24:25","date_gmt":"2010-11-24T13:24:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.uscho.com\/?p=33309"},"modified":"2011-11-11T20:34:09","modified_gmt":"2011-11-12T02:34:09","slug":"two-mercyhurst-freshmen-charged-with-sexual-assault","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uscho.com\/2010\/11\/24\/two-mercyhurst-freshmen-charged-with-sexual-assault\/","title":{"rendered":"Two Mercyhurst freshmen charged with sexual assault"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Two Mercyhurst freshmen have been charged with felony sexual assault stemming from an incident on campus back on Nov. 14, according to a GoErie.com report.<\/p>\n<p>Goalie Jordan Tibbett and forward Kyle Just were arraigned before Erie 3rd Ward District Judge Tom Carney yesterday morning.<\/p>\n<p>Erie police have accused Tibbett and Just of forcing a woman to perform a sex act on them in an apartment on the Mercyhurst campus, according to the criminal complaints filed in the case.<\/p>\n<p>Tibbett and Just were each released on $10,000 unsecured bond after their arraignments.<\/p>\n<p>Just had a goal and an assist last Friday in a 3-1 win at Robert Morris, and&#160;has seven points on the year, good for a second-place tie on the&#160;team.
