Cornell is again No. 2, as is Boston University at No. 3.<\/p>\n
Boston College rises one spot to No. 4, while Clarkson climbs two notches into the top five.<\/p>\n
Ohio State jumps from No. 10 to No. 6, Mercyhurst is up two spots to No. 7, Northeastern stays eighth and Wisconsin tumbles five places to sit ninth this week.<\/p>\n
At No. 10, North Dakota is down four spots.<\/p>\n
