I’ve been doing pretty well through October. Last week, I went 21-6-1 (.767). Those splits I pick kill me. On the year, I am 80-17-7 (.802).

We have some big games his week, so let’s see how I can do.

Home ice should keep these close, but Minnesota ought to get the sweep. Minnesota 3-1, 3-2

I’m expecting a pretty routine win for the Bobcats. Quinnipiac 4-1

The Raiders could only muster a split last week, but I think they take this. Colgate 3-2

The Big Red lost two very different games last weekend. RPI looked good at first, but has fallen off. Cornell 4-2

I’m not sure how much we can take away from Harvard losing to the Big Green last week. St. Lawrence 3-2

Home ice will help, but Clarkson is more seasoned right now. Clarkson 4-2

The Tigers looked good in a sweep last weekend of Mercyhurst. Princeton 3-2

The Huskies look right now to be the team challenging the Eagles. Northeastern 5-1

Woe to the Friars on a long road trip. Maine 4-1

The Wildcats looked pretty good last weekend against Clarkson, so why not pick them for the win. New Hampshire 3-2

The Nittany Lions were surprised last weekend by Connecticut. A split is likely, but there’s no percentage in it. Penn State 2-1. 3-2

The Lakers have to win at some point right? Mercyhurst 3-2, 2-1

Again, a split is likely, but I have no idea which night is which. Robert Morris 3-2, 2-1

UConn is better this year, but BC can put up points in a hurry. Boston College 4-1, 4-1

The Beavers will get back to their wining ways, but both games will be close. Bemidji State 2-1, 2-1

I’m beginning to wonder when the Mavericks will get their first league win. It won’t be this weekend. Wisconsin 5-1, 5-1

Look for the Tigers to get out early. Princeton 4-1

RPI finally gets a win again. Rensselaer 3-2

The Big Red get a pair of ECAC wins on the weekend. Cornell 4-1

The Golden Knights stay out in front of the rest of the ECAC. Clarkson 4-1

The Crimson finally get their first win of the year. Harvard 3-2

The Bobcats doubled up on scoring last week against the Bulldogs, and I don’t think enough time has passed for Yale to be better. Quinnipiac 5-1

The Terriers aren’t looking great right now, but should have enough talent to gut out a win. Boston University 3-2

It’s a long road trip for one game, but I like the Black Bears. Maine 4-2

The Terriers might finally bust out some scoring. Boston University 5-2
