No. 9 Amherst  vs. Williams<\/strong>
\nOn Friday in Williamstown, Massachusetts, the teams skated to a 1-1 tie. Williams took the lead midway through the first on a Sara Lehman goal. It took until less than five minutes left in the game for Amherst to equalize on Alex Toupal’s power-play goal. On Saturday in Amherst, each of those goal scorers made their impact known – -Lehman tallied a hat trick for Williams while Toupal added two goals of her own. Amherst had the early advantage, peppering the net with 18 first-period shots, but the teams were scoreless after the first. Eliza Laycock and Toupal gave Amherst a 3-0 lead in the second before Kearan Burke and Lehman tied it up. Caitlyn Ryan gave Amherst the 4-3 advantage with less than five minutes remaining in the game before Lehman’s third of the game tied it up and forced overtime.<\/p>\n

Potsdam vs. No. 8 Oswego<\/strong>
\nOn Friday in Oswego, Potsdam never trailed as the Bears upset the Lakers, 2-1. Anna-Rose Bertin and Jenna Patterson scored for the Bears. On Saturday in Potsdam, Oswego had unassisted, third-period goals from Olivia Ellis and Ashley Lyman to lead them to a 3-1 win.<\/p>\n

Hamilton at No. 7 Middlebury<\/strong>
\nOn Friday, Hamilton posted its first-ever victory at Middlebury and put themselves in a tie with the Panthers in the NESCAC conference standings. Kelli Mackey and Andrea Rockey scored second-period power-play goals to give Hamilton the 2-0 win. On Saturday, it was all special teams. Rockey scored with just 1:48 left in regulation to give Hamilton the 2-1 win. They became the first time to sweep a weekend series at Middlebury since the 2001-02 season. Middlebury outshot Hamilton, 36-9.<\/p>\n

No. 4 Elmira at Utica<\/strong>
\nOn Saturday, Elmira scored just 37 seconds into the game and extended its lead to two before midway through the opening frame before two goals from Elizabeth Dohner erased the lead and gave Utica the 2-2 tie. On Sunday, Elmira never trailed and two goals each in the first and third periods helped them to a 5-2 win. Katie Granato had two goals and an assist in the win for Elmira.<\/p>\n

St. Mary’s vs No. 10 Augsburg<\/strong>
\nOn Friday, Augsburg used the power of three second-period goals to earn a 5-2 win at St. Mary’s. Darby Lindgren scored twice for the Auggies. On Saturday in Minneapolis, St. Mary’s never trailed as they claimed a 2-1 upset victory over Augsburg. Jamie Henderson and Kassie Lien scored for St. Mary’s.<\/p>\n

Concordia (Minn.) at Gustavus Adolphus<\/strong>
\nEmily Gustafson scored twice and Diana Draayer had three assists in Gustavus Adolphus’ 5-0 win Friday night. On Saturday, Ellen Rethwisch and Amber Schaak scored the first and last goal of the game to earn a tie for Concordia. Erica Power and Amelia Vosen each had a goal and an assist for Gustavus Adolphus.<\/p>\n

No. 1 Plattsburgh at Cortland<\/strong>
\nMelissa Sheeran scored five goals and had two assists and Kayla Meneghin had two goals and five assists on the weekend as the Cardinals beat Cortland, 7-0 and 8-0.<\/p>\n

St. Norbert at No. 3 Adrian<\/strong>
\nKristin Lewicki had four goals and an assist on the weekend as Adrian rolled to 4-0 and 8-0 wins against St. Norbert.<\/p>\n

Wisconsin-Superior vs No. 2 Wisconsin-River Falls<\/strong>
\nSix different Falcons scored en route to a 6-0 win at home. Dani Sibley added a goal and an assist on the trip to Superior for a 2-1 win.<\/p>\n
