We hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving weekend.<\/p>\n
It was a light schedule in the WCHA, but we still learned quite a bit.<\/p>\n
1. Bowling Green continues to roll after a slow start. The Falcons swept Alaska Anchorage this weekend, winning one game during 3-on-3 overtime and the other in a shutout.<\/p>\n
2. Michigan Tech’s Angus Redmond is the unquestioned starter for his team now. Redmond didn’t make his first start until Oct. 28, but has now started the past 10 games and has an 8-1-1 record during that time.<\/p>\n
3. The Alaska school still have an uphill climb. Of the four WCHA games this weekend, all four were lost by teams from Alaska. The Nanooks and Seawolves have combined for just 33 goals in 18 WCHA games this season. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
